DMCA Policy
How To Make Tiramisu ("the Website") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the How To Make Tiramisu service and/or the How To Make Tiramisu website if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

- Provide your electronic or physical signature.
Send the completed DMCA Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent via our Contact Page, clearly indicating "DMCA Notice" in the subject.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of material that How To Make Tiramisu has removed or to which How To Make Tiramisu has disabled access.
- Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you reside outside the United States, for any judicial district in which How To Make Tiramisu may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
